Located on a highly desirable street in Dover Shores, this two story modern Spanish home is warm and inviting with loads of natural light. Enter the dutch door through the ivy covered archway and walk in to the entry with custom herringbone oak floors. To your right is the formal living room with built in bookshelves, rolling library ladder, and a marble fireplace with a limestone mantle imported from Italy. To your left is the formal dining room with tan grasscloth wallpaper, seating for 6 and original artwork. Further down the hall is a powder bath with Scalamandre zebra wallpaper. Continuing on is a spacious office with custom steel doors, workspace for two and a mudroom. The open kitchen and family room feature a large island, Sub-Zero double refrigerator, 60" Thermador range, and breakfast nook with seating for four. The family room has an oversized sectional and a large brick fireplace. Also downstairs is an oversized laundry room and butlers pantry with Ann Sacks mirrored backsplash. Out the french doors is a travertine patio, large artificial turf area and a built in BBQ and island from Hart Concrete. The pool area is impeccably landscaped and has seating with an outdoor fireplace. The attached garage (located off of the office/mudroom) is a 6 car garage fully finished with epoxy floors. There is empty space for two cars, a workshop granite island with three barstools and a full workshop. Upstairs there is a large landing with a laundry chute and four large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bath was recently remodeled and features a claw foot tub and marble floors.
