About the Space
Pear Tree Farm rests on 28 acres of fields and trees, with grazing alpacas and sheep. The facility boasts 1 small recently renovated colonial home with modern interior, 1 large contemporary house (exterior use only), 2 barns, 2 garages, 1 Japanese-inspired gazebo, 1 pool, 1 hot tub, 1 sauna, 1 horse riding riding, manicured lawns, wild fields, a variety of deciduous and coniferous trees and variety of farm and recreational equipment (tractor, dirt bikes, etc.). The property is situated 1 mile from the small town of Hopewell Boro and is surrounded by preserved land allowing for isolated shoots and events away from external noise or neighbors.
