Express your creativity at our space. It features 6,000 square feet of an open-concept floor plan that can be designed to meet the specific needs of your unique event. This space was originally built in the mid 1800's to build pumps. Our raw industrial space can be used for a variety of events including weddings, family events, film production, corporate events, expositions, marketing events, photo shoots, etc. Our space also features an additional 6,000 square feet of outdoor space for parking or as an extension of your event.

Location Rules
- Catering allowed
- Rental fees cover a twelve-hour block of time. Most rental companies require a four-hour window for delivery and set up and typically catering companies require two hours of contract time for the set up prior to event start and the last hour for the break down and clean up, leaving you with a five-hour event. Although the space fee is for 12 hours we are flexible for opening our doors in the morning for deliveries and the beginning of set up. ** The space has a flat rate for a 12 hour day. Monday-Thursday: $5,500 Friday/Sunday: $6,500 Saturday: $7,500
