A Cozy But Spacious Multi Use Space

About the Space

This Multi-use space is suitable for many projects and events, but is primarily intended for creative photo and video shooting. The studios can be hired for 2 hours or more per day and include everything or most of what you will need for your project - lights, backgrounds, furniture, etc. The studio space has its own entrance and has a spacious open feel with a large white wall and smooth wood floor. The two bay windows are currently not available due to sound baffling. There are about ten 9-foot paper rolls of various colors ready to pulld down and use. A reception/waiting area, separate makeup room, washroom and kitchenette are included. Both strobe lights (flash) and continuous lights (video) are available and included is a sound playback system. A large 9-foot screen and HD Projector can be set up and rented. An equipment room is nearby in case you need extra rigging, stands, reflectors, filters lights, or chairs. This studio is most frequently used for fashion shoots, product photography, casting sessions, yoga/pilates classes, dance workshops, meetings, and presentations. Technical help from staff is always available if needed but you are responsible for your own creative ideas and correlating setups. We can be hired to shoot for you as photographer or videographer for additional fees.
