About the Space
5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, beautiful mirror decor, each room is different. Large front yard and back yard with plenty of creative space to choose to shoot in. Rules: Please do not use my personal belongings, i.e. towels, linens, toiletries, etc. Please bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. This is not an Airbnb. Production team must layout board and/or mats. Fees: Hotel Fees may apply if I need to be out of the house if it's an overnight shoot. Depending on the shoot, I may require a site rep to monitor the shoot. 10 Hour shoot would be $350. 12 Hour shoot would be $400. Please reach out to me and we can discuss.

Very accommodating homeowner and easy to reach at anytime for questions and to set up scouts. Also helped with contacting neighbors for use of a yard for catering and additional driveways for VIP parking.
