About the Space
We have a 86.5 acre property situated in a tahoe-like setting but is only 10 minutes from downtown Placerville, California. It hosts a rustic lodge, commercial kitchen and separate restroom facility with showers. We have a beautify grassy meadow with year-round creek featuring gazebos as well as a playground (volleyball and basketball courts). We have glamping tents, teepees, cabin tents and traditional campsites. The property has multiple hiking trails. This is perfect for a photoshoot or film production with a forest setting or a camping family reunion or even a workshop.
