~17,000 sq ft lot that is flat and usable. Perfect for Hosting 100 up to 150 quest. We had our wedding here and it was perfect. The Backyard has a Pebble Pool with water features, Lights and a huge spa that fits 8 to 10 people. It has over 16 palm trees with up lights, Concrete slabs are great for 15 tables. circular paver with 4 walkways nestled on green sod. Plenty of parking on the street.
