This beautifully restored brownstone introduces luxury to this tree lined Historic Harlem block, once home to Langston Hughes. The meticulously restored brownstone faced facade presents full-length windows with beautiful decorative enframements and a stone railing stoop. The entryway to the parlor floor is gargoyle adorned and the facade is crowned with a shining ornate sheet metal roof cornice.
Entering this magnificent home at the parlor level, you're immediately greeted with a stunning oversized glass doors with a view of a nicely paved and landscaped back yard as well as access to a large deck. This floor offers a generous amount of space for lavish parties or entertaining family and friends. It provides space for a proper living room, eat-in kitchen, and a large dining area. The 9' glass doors allows north facing light to pour into the kitchen. This well designed chef's kitchen with custom cabinetry and quartz countertops and a 10' island.
