Casa Black is located in North Palm Springs, a short drive from downtown. Close to parks, stores and restaurants. There is state of the art lighting indoors and out. Much of the interior and landscape lighting is dimmable and programable with a spectrum of colors and lighting programs available. Modern pendant lights designed by Perhacs studio provide an upscale look to the great room, kitchen and master bedroom. The patio area is desert landscape with a pool, spa, waterfall, and beautiful mountain views. The patio has remote control retractable awnings that are adjustable from 0-12 feet and can can cover up to 1/3 the pool area. Under the awnings are misters the full length of the house. There are 2 free standing, black Tuuci umbrellas which provide a stunning background along with mature showpiece cacti.
At night, colored lighting provides a magical look and there are changeable light orbs which float on the water.
A large master bedroom and bath opens out to the pool. The entire property is walled in for complete privacy
A modern open kitchen is available for cooking and staging.
Sliding doors off of the great room and master bedroom provide a feel of indoor/outdoor living.
The great room opens out to an outdoor living area with Blu Dot sofas, chairs and Pappelina outdoor rugs.
