We have preserved much of the building's original architectural features, including brick chimneys, vaulted ceiling, wainscot wood-paneled rooms, milk window, and grand entrance foyer with wood staircase, donning the "Fruit of the Holy Spirit". Chateau1870 is almost 4000 sq ft of indoor space, plus wraparound Southern style porches, deck, and incredibly beautiful Green-scape with majestic trees for a picturesque view. Inside, you have the pick of mulitple photo ops scenes and production visuals, each with their own unique experiences. Use them individually or all together!! Conveniently located in growing Gwinnett, a suburb of Atlanta. Amenities: Business Center with print, scan features.
