About the Space
About 800 sq ft usable space. Mirrors on one side. Barre's on both side walls. Four rows of barre, so visually it's busy. No minimum time There are some retail items and property in the front area, and other property in the storage area. Need to prohibit access to the storage area, and give a list of items in the front. Anyone who rents the studio needs to agree to be responsible for an inventory list to ensure that items do not go missing, or, are paid for by the renter if they do go missing.
