The beautiful and quiet area with park / recreation and 2 golf courses on either side 5 m, walking to the golf courses. The Cheviot Hills area is very quiet and relaxing. Plenty parking on the street. The style of the house will take you to the heart of Tuscany. the garden can be for seat down dinner, reception, parties - pool fountains and night lightings.
