Nestled in the heart of Historic Plantation, Florida, this Georgian style classic with white marble stone facade reminds us of another place and time. Designed and built by the city's first Engineer in 1968, the home is situated majestically on almost two acres of land. It's long winding chatahoochee drive bring visitors to a parking area where they may access a brick walkway to the grand entry foyer. Out back the old Hollywood style diving board and pool beckons a double somersault while onlookers enjoy iced tea on the expansive brick patio or terrace above. There is ample room on either side of the pool deck for badminton, volleyball, pickup football or other game you have in mind; not to mention setup of multiple sets for filming. The home is adjacent to the city's botanical park which can supply even more parking. The interior of the house is not available for filming. Our beautiful South Florida weather makes this a year round opportunity.
