About the Space
We took a 1920's Craftsman, stripped it down, vaulted the ceilings, added beams, doubled the size with a new extension and added lots of windows so it stays light and airy all day. We have a large backyard that's the most peaceful place in Highland Park, protected by large ficus trees that ring the perimeter and provide ultimate privacy. In addition to the house we have a separate 'pool house' that we turn into a tiki bar for parties. Inside is ultra-modern with all new stainless steel appliances, ceramic flooring, large windows and glass sliding doors throughout. Everything within the house is one year old with all new interior systems. We have a large wall that surrounds the entire property and a private carport to fit two cars.
