Gorgeous luxury Villa located in the Hudson valley. Boasting over 3500 sq feet on nearly 2 acres, this is the perfect space for your event / production. The owner has gone above and beyond to add her artistic touches to the design, featuring a gorgeous hand painted mural in the dinning room as well as other artwork and unique designs throughout. All furniture has been hand picked and matches the eclectic style the home presents. Please have POI ready for your production / event. You can purchase event insurance online, or ask me for assistance. If your event exceeds 10+ people you will need to arrange for port-a potties as well as trash removal. Clean up fee that result from garbage being left behind from an event will be charged accordingly.
