With quick access to the 101 and 41W, Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo are under 15 minutes away and the beautiful beaches in Morro Bay, Pismo, or Cayucos are also conveniently accessible. It’s in a prime location to explore the charming town of Santa Margarita and of course, pay a visit to a few of the 200+ wineries in the Paso Robles or Edna Valley wine regions. This newly built Farmhouse is roomy and comfortable with 22ft vaulted, wood-beamed ceilings in the open-concept, light-filled great room which conveniently connects to a gourmet kitchen, ideal for entertainment or a family movie night. The home has 2 en suites, a game room and scenic views from every window.
