Our film studio is approximately 1000 sq ft with a cozy client area, free wifi, 12' sound treated ceilings and wide variety of seamless backdrops and flats. ***This is the primary space for rent in this listing. Including in this listing is a fully equipped Green Room with a private bathroom. We have 2500 square feet of common area that makes a great holding area for talent and perfect space for meals. THIS LARGER AREA IS NOT MEANT FOR SHOOTING. Just for staging, holding and catering. Equipment can be rented by our in house vendor, 186 Productions. ----------------------------------------------------------- Our space is located just 2 minutes from the Journal Square path.
