This space is perfect for parties, with a good quality TV, speakers, and karaoke system provided. A mini fridge and microwave is also provided. Nice and lovely owners as I had excellent communication with Andrew and Caroline, and they had fulfilled many of my requests. They provided me tables to borrow, and had covered the front windows for privacy. Bathroom is nice, and the place overall is more spacious in person. I highly recommend this modern space as I used this for my party. My security deposit was also refunded to me with no issue 😊
