About the Space

Our 6,000 sqft converted warehouse has a 75ft skylight that opens up and is on a sensor for weather purposes. The space has a bowtruss ceiling, exposed white brick, white walls and many rigging points. In the Main Space: There is a conference room with smoked glass windows, a disco ball, a tv screen, a marble table and shelving. We have a modular 5-piece stage adorned with repurposed leather scraps. White brick walls are on one side of the main space, and a woven yarn wall is on the other side covering 3 office nooks dressed up as cubicles with furniture and chairs. We have a lounge space with 2 swinging rattan chairs, and soft seating. Upper Loft: looks over our atrium space and is dressed with lounge furniture, cocktail tables, a hammock and neon "this must be the place". Lounge Nooks: one nook is dressed up as a library with a gallery wall, shelving and antique catalog cabinet. Soft seating and cafe lights are also in this nook. Can be curtained off. the other nook has 4 mirrors and a modern chandelier, a lounge set can be placed in here or a round smoked glass table with 4 chairs, can also be curtained off. The Bar: Our kitchen boasts a hidden fridge and freezer, an electric stove and convection oven, and a beautiful st.henry granite island and backsplash. the garage: 2 modern chandeliers hang from the bowtruss. A limestone wash half wall, and white brick wall are in the space. We have plenty of soft seating in here. There is a garage door that opens to a private patio with string lights and ivy wall. Adjoining Suite: Our suite is a dual level getting ready space with lots of space to hang. Webbed hanging lights. A Beauty Bar, skylight and softseating in the upper loft. A bathroom and kitchen in the lower space. There is a gallery wall, a textured black wood wall and softseating in the main getting ready space.
