About the Space

Spacious three bedroom four bath house, photo and art studio, open concept kitchen living room dining room area, artistic appointments, large back area Undercover and open, large backyard on natural lake, swimming pool, upper porch tile balcony, I am a Professional Photographer and Artist. All Artwork in the home is mine that I have personally created so there are no copyright issues or licensing issues to be dealt with if they are included in the shots. I do have a photography studio on site which is private but would consider also making it available to use. This is a new build as construction was completed in Nov 2020 There is a large backyard with a lagoon off of the natural lake. The pool area is spacious as well as a covered terrace. It's design is open concept- Living room/family room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is appointed with light blue crystalline granite, Murano glass chandelier, new stainless steel appliances, and marble/mother of pearl back splash. The guest bedroom on the 1st floor has a Murphy bed and serves as a fitness area, with an elliptical, Power Plate, weights ,stability balls, and a ballet bar. It also serves as a massage / energy medicine room. Upstairs has a over sized master bedroom and bathroom suite and an office. Both open up to the upstairs tiled balcony overlooking the lake. There is a guest bathroom and laundry room as well.
