Modern office building featuring a luxurious office room, a reception room, bathrooms, over 40 on-site parking spaces, a dedicated hair/makeup room, wardrobe room, broadcast room, a lounge room, and a flower shop. All rooms are available for filming. Additional cameras and equipment are available to rent for an extra cost. Please contact if interested. OVERTIME POLICY We can accommodate shoots that run longer than expected whenever possible, but overtime will be billed at 1.5 times the hourly rate. If you contact us up to 24hrs in advance, we will be happy to extend your booking hours at the base rate to avoid overtime rates. A site supervisor will be provided free of charge. Great location and great space for a music video narrative scene. Hard to find a law office or CEO office that has the luxury wood furniture you need to create that vintage cinematic look. Easy to work with!
