About the Space

This is a unique professional recording studio and event space designed by professional musicians. The space is great for professional digital recording, live rehearsals, live performances, events, music videos & photoshoots, meetings, etc. The studio is divided into 3 main spaces, a lower level performance/rehearsal area with a wet bar, an upper level mezzanine that looks down on the performance/rehearsal area, and a green room that connects to a conference room. The upper level mezzanine is a digital recording studio with top of the line equipment, a comfortable set up, as well as a soundproof booth. The performance/rehearsal area has 18ft ceilings, a sound system, and a 9ft projector screen (please request use of projector prior to booking). The space has a 75 person capacity for events, please indicate the number of people prior to booking. For events/parties, the space can be cleared out (as seen in the last photo) to make room on request.
