Open Concept Scandinavian inspired home. Ideal for family, decor or food shoots. All white appliances, white subway tile throughout kitchen and bathrooms. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. 3 floors -main floor living room, gas fireplace, dining area and kitchen, powder room, enclosed porch - second floor bedrooms and bathrooms - third floor, slanted ceiling attic playroom Conveniently located in the East End near many of the film studios. Separate basement apartment not included but potentially available if negotiated separately. Rates are negotiable based on the number of crew. Discount given for multi day shoots.

Everything came together with such ease, from how stunning the location was to the care extended from Sarah. Immensely grateful for Sarah’s prompt and clear communication that instilled confidence coming into my shoot at her gorgeous place. The space itself was exactly as depicted which brought to light what I had planned for my time. I had a wonderful experience through and through.
