Peaceful Pond House is now available for photoshoots, film, tv show and small events. This 6500 sqft modern ranch home seats on over 2 acres of land in Poway, CA. The 1 acre pond and the lush gardens and mature trees all around the house, make our place unique and peaceful. Perfect for long day shoots and multiple areas to choose from including swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, bbq island and covered outdoor seating areas. The Peaceful Pond House was built in 1976 but was remodeled in 2018 and again in 2021. It is in mint condition with large and bright entertainment spaces, two fireplaces, a beautiful modern home office, cathedral windows in the living room and ample kitchen. Most of the rooms are pond or pool facing and large sliding doors connect the living spaces with the outdoors.  The interior has been carefully curated with designer furniture and high end styling pieces. Guests will also have full access to 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Home Office, living rooms, dining room and playroom. Strong and reliable wi-fi throughout the property. ***Master bedroom is off limits.  The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Hiking trails and horse trails near the property.
