About the Space
Set on .625 acre, in the city of Thousand Oaks, we have a hobby ranch with a Llama, alpaca, pig, goat, sheep, duck, lots of chickens, and a couple of roosters. The ranch is off the back of the property which is accessible thru two 16' gates, a tiny house is down the hill as well as a 20' shipping container office, and a barn and shed. At the top of the property (accessed from the main street) is a sideyard Airbnb with its own private, super large patio. The upper property backyard has several avocados, citrus, and other fruit trees, a koi pond with a pergola. The middle of the property is a garden terrace area with a separate entertaining space with decks and a bbq.
