This private party room could be used for many different gatherings. The room is fully enclosed with window walls and features a formal dining table. Parties, meetings, dinners and more are perfect for this space. The space features: 55 inch TV Seating for 20 + guests. Formal dining table and chairs for 8 guests Kitchen includes - mini sized refrigerator/freezer, sink (no stove or oven) Coffered ceilings and accent lighting Direct access through main lobby Fully private space with private bathroom Easy Parking for all your party guests We only allow small speakers as live music is not allowed! This space can comfortably hold up to 45 guests for mixer events if not everyone needs to be seated at the same time. We do recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter.
