Rustic 1860 farm house with natural wood, board and batten siding with red steel roof. Attached 2 1/2 car garage with upstairs woodworking shop. Post and beam sunroom with bright whitewash interior. Large deck with hot tub and rustic accents and outdoor shower. 2 acre property with circle drive, lots of parking, lots of grassy area. Private, no houses on 3 sides. Natural marsh and treed area on sides and back of property. Walking trails through the forest. Rustic split rail fence around the property. Access to heard of goats and flock of sheep. Mainly looking for outdoor bookings with use of deck and sunroom but could be open to using interior for the right project.
