Currently, the house awaits a small renovation under new ownership. The previous owners had the property for over 30 years. A perfect place for fire pit scenes with a small dock extending into a deep water cove at Jackson Lake, GA. Pull up boats as needed. Lot has long driveway pulling down into a yesteryear view of a small house with a screened deck/porch overlooking the Lake. The house has a creepy crawl space tall enough for a 5'9" man to walk into and a separate garage/tool shed. As current owners, we use the property to get away and just unplug from the business of life!
