This 100-year-old 2-bedroom house/bungalow is full of history and tradition. It captures that feeling with a sense of family and the suburbs, and it’s just a few doors from the beach. Old-fashioned and sweet, traditional style. (Upstairs is a 3-bedroom apartment, TBD rate.) A large unfinished basement for filming or holding, and a space in the backyard as well. Holding for fashion beach shoot would be perfect here; as would a family film/TV scene. Outdoor shower, too. We advise a scout visit. Cleaning fee: $150 Security deposit: $2000/day
