Our space the perfect fit for a creative curator, event organizer or producer looking for something unique. Your rental goes towards supporting the local arts community and lands you an incredible space! The building is unique, edgy, vibrant and full of local art. It's sprawling urban-loft vibes, warm lighting and edgy decor make sets the scene - and it's only a few minutes from downtown Nashville ;) Please note! We allow a max of 40 people for meetings, 250 people for events and 100 people for productions. RATES: The rate for weekdays (Mon-Thurs) is $390/hr. The rate for weekends (Fri - Sun) is $560/hr. ***Through Giggster, they will automatically book it as a weekday fee, we will need to make it a "custom fee" if it is the weekend to match our weekend rates along with any of your needs. There is a $250 flat fee for cleaning for each booking and $200 site rep fee. For more information, it would be best to reach out to the host in the booking chat before booking to rent with us.
