About the Space
4 HOUR MINIMUM BOOKING - No exceptions so please don’t ask. 2000sq ft Modern and Minimalist House in De Beauvoir has large windows allowing for natural light. It was designed by Sir David Adjaye and can be rented as a location house for film and photography shoots. The location is 2000 square feet over three stories. Please message us even if you see there is an external booking as this date may have simply been pencilled by another agent. When booking you must select the correct rate according to the number of people who will attend the shoot. If you book the basic rate intended for a few people like an influencer shoot and arrive with a full crew of 6 or more then you will be charged the higher rate.
